Romantic Getaway at the Resort
warm atmosphere spacious area comfortable bedding
The constant smiles made such a warm atmosphere, it felt inviting. The room upgrade was an unexpected surprise. It provided a spacious area with views. The bedding was very comfortable for restful sleep after our long days.
There was a musty smell in the bedroom. This smell lingered throughout the entire week of our stay. The breakfast had many options, but much of it was cold, a very disappointing experience.

The Beautiful King Room Ocean View had a king-sized bed, a separate seating area, and a private balcony. The room included a minibar, a tv, and complimentary Wi-Fi access. The bathroom featured a deep soaking tub and a separate shower.

The resort has several pools, one with water slides and independence-day games. Guests can access the fitness center, spa, and tennis courts. These provide many ways to relax. The hotel included a coffee shop for a quick refreshment.

The resort is in a secluded area, a quiet setting, ideal for relaxation. The location provides views of the ocean and surrounding landscape. I loved the picture opportunities. Entertainment activities at night added to the experience.

The staff consistently provided excellent service. They were professional and attentive. The Executive Lounge staff, especially Amillia, Bram, Kharisma, and Annisa, was so nice. No request was too much, and they always helped.

The half-board option included breakfast and dinner. It offered limited selections at each restaurant. The breakfast options were plentiful, a very wonderful start. Happy hour provided two-for-one cocktails, a good treat.

wonderful hotel facilities and nice rooms
lovely pool beautiful garden friendly staff
the pool was lovely and the ocean view from the room and balcony was amazing. the facilities were good with beautiful gardens. staff was great, very friendly and helpful. my room was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. the breakfast had a good variety.

the breakfast buffet included many delicious options to choose from. there were five restaurants. it was nice to have so many options within the facility and not need to leave.

the grounds had many pools, including one with a water slide. there was a fitness center open to guests with many choices. gardens were well maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere. there are jacuzzis and pretty statues that light up at night.

staff was helpful when a monkey came into my room. i received prompt assistance and warm smiles from everyone. staff also were really good too ensure i had a great experience. housekeeping provided excellent service each day.

the resort features a cliffside location that is great. the views were lovely and offered an enjoyable backdrop. the location gave easy access to many parts of the area. the grounds had walking paths, so you could enjoy everything the facility offers.

i appreciated the well kept grounds and the cleanliness throughout the hotel. the numerous pools offered diverse options for relaxation and recreation. i found the dining options to be satisfactory with diverse choices at breakfast. the staff was consistently attentive to my needs.
i noticed slight wear in some areas , indicating the need for minor updates.
